Vinay Kumar Rai
An electrical engineering graduate with over 21 years of work experience in highly reputed Indian and top most European multinational organisations. Vinay, comes from a very humble farming family background and cherishes memories of his childhood days spent at his native village at Doharighat in Mau District Of Uttarpradesh. His enterprising nature, love to implement technology for social benefits and passion to give something back to society made him leave his well established professional carrier and he decided to take the entrepreneurial journey in the field of Organic Food farming and distribution.
Vinay believes that key to better living is a holistic approach towards food and lifestyle with chemical free Organic Food forming essential constituent for one's health. With OrganicKrate he intends provide individuals, families and everyone out there with the best premium organic foods to drive wellness and living, ensuring authenticity and traceability of the ingredients in the entire value chain and while building this venture Vinay also gets an opportunity to fulfil his long cherished desire of connecting back to his village life by helping farmers to adopt to more sustainable and tech-friendly methods of modern farming. He firmly believes in tech enablement of Agricultural sector and has ambitions to heavily integrate technology at every step of Organic Food Chain so as to effectively utilise each and every element of Organic Value chain their by bringing high quality organic food to its consumers at reasonable prices, increase farmers income, protect envoirnemt and provide value to its investors.

Nishi Singh
Seasoned entrepreneur and a start-up consultant with a Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Nishi carries over a decade-long experience in business strategy, start-up incubation, business expansion, business operations, product marketing, brand management, sales & team management across multiple industries.
Nishi is an ardent food lover and a knowledge bank on health and nutrition. Being the reason behind the core theme of OrganicKrate, Nishi loves propagating ideas on healthy food & lifestyle choices helping everyone develop a healthier lifestyle by unleashing the power of pure foods. With a bachelors degree in Home Sciences (Food & Nutrition), Alka has passion and love for food and cooking she believes in simple, easy and real. It is often the simplest ingredients available in your kitchen that lead to a hearty and wholesome meal, along with the dose of magic she adds to every dish, she believes it’s the purity of every ingredient added is the real magic of a nutritious and delicious food. Her through belief in the saying "You Are What You Eat" is the main force behind OrganicKrate defining its purpose of providing "Pure Food For Pure You"
